FEA Manager

Job responsibilities:

  • Active cooperation with the Company`s suppliers (Europe, China, North America, Southeast Asia) on the following issues: product inquiry, negotiation of price, terms of payment and delivery time; placing orders for products delivery; drawing up instructions for a supplier how to fill in shipping documents; verification/correction of shipping documents; coordination and control of shipments; preparing shipment and delivery plans;
  • Document management for transactions (both with suppliers and customers);
  • Coordination of the Goods delivery to customers (order of primary accounting documents, notification of a client about the delivery time, settlement of delivery issues);
  • Weekly monitoring of tenders (according to schedule);
  • Creation/filling in tender documents, preparation of the whole tender package, tracking availability of the required documents for participation in tenders (extracts, letters of confirmation, necessary licenses and certificates), control of sending tender documentation;
  • Ordering chemical samples for the commercial department;
  • Interaction with the logistics department (placement of applications for transportation, preparation of forms for calculation of customs cost, etc.);
  • Translation of technical documentation.

Our requirements:

  • Higher education (preferably in the field of international relations, foreign economic activity, world economy);
  • Fluent English! (advanced);
  • Experience of participation in tenders (preferably), knowledge of the legislation of the Russian Federation relating to the conduct of electronic trading (44 FZ, 223 FZ, 140 FZ, the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, etc);
  • Experience in B2B procurement and sales in industrial sector;
  • Comprehension of FEA, logistics and document flow during export-import, knowledge of Incoterms;
  • Competencies: attention to details of paperwork, numbers, communication skills, self-discipline, responsibility and ability to perform multiple tasks.
